The apartments are designed to self-service.

To offer all our guests a pleasant stay, we would like to ask not to
smoke in the rooms, apartments and restaurant.

By arrangement you are welcome to enjoy the breakfast buffet from 7:30-9:30 in winter and from 8:00-10:00 in summer, the
surcharge is 5, - EUR per person & breakfast.

Kitchen equipment:
Electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric
teepot, table and cookware.

Linens and towels are provided and included in the price.


Apartment No 1

Very nice, newly renovated and furnished apartment (70 m²) ideal for 5 persons (max.7 people).
Large, comfortable living room with sofa (possibility for extension to
extra bed), satellite TV, fully equipped kitchenette with dining
table, one beautiful double bedroom, second bedroom with 3 single beds, bathroom shower / toilet, balcony with a valley view.

Apartment No 2

3 persons (max.5 people).

Sommer: 14.04.-09.12.
Winter: 10.12.-13.04.


Prices are given per apartment, resort tax not included.
Child under 8 in one room with parents stays for free.
For children 8-15: 50% discount
Extra bed: 20 EUR
Baby bed: 10 EUR
Breakfast: + 5 EUR
HB (in winter): + 20 EUR

Daily apartment cleaning - 10 EUR
Use of washing machine and dryer - 5 EUR per course
Linen change - 5 EUR per set
Towels change - 2 EUR per set


Plan your holiday in May-June or in October-November and get one day free in a week's stay.

Booking and cancellation of reservations for private bookings

• If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation  will be charged (even during the stay).
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation  will be charged.
